The purpose of Goodwill is to serve people with barriers to employment. Programs and services are based on the needs of the community and financial resources of Goodwill, using knowledge and skills of the Staff and Board of Trustees. The purpose and actions of Goodwill demonstrate our mission to serve people. Goodwill makes a commitment to provide vocational services with a responsibility to adhere to good business practices, creating a MISSION IN BALANCE.
